If you have placed an order or sent a message and have not heard back after 48 hours, it almost always means that there was a problem with the e-mail address you submitted. Either the message that was sent to you bounced back, or there is some type of problem on your end which prevents you from receiving the message. Make sure that your e-mail address is working and that you are not using some type of spam filter that is incorrectly identifying messages as spam. You may also want to try submitting the form using a different e-mail address. To retrieve a lost owners lounge password, please use the password reset utility. If you no longer have access to your e-mail address on file or can't remember which e-mail address you used, you will need to supply the following information so your account can be located and confirmed: your full name, full address, the product(s) you have purchased, and the website(s) for which the software is licensed.
